Please Note: We do NOT pay retention fees, you will ideally be retained by the Vendors, also please desist from offering us extra commissions where we are retained by our clients, as ultimately the interest of our clients comes first. We can off course market your properties where we are not retained at a reasonable fee of 1%, so if you have commercial properties to market please contact us in the first instance, we do not sell houses unless there is a development angle.
